This is the stage in which we focus on the needs and particularities of each client. It is through technical visits, meetings and the exchange of experiences that we collect a whole repertoire of information to develop the best solution applied to the demand of our clients.
Development
Here we evaluate the possibility of usage of existing technologies or also the development of new solutions.
Implementation
After the fulfillment of the diagnosis and development stages, we reach the most operational stage where we will produce, install and validate the features of each technology and equipment.

For Augen, technology is a cyclical process. It is not static. And this thought is applied to the methodology we use. At the end of the 3 stages, if the solution is still not working properly we return to the Diagnosis, Development and Implementation stages until everything is strictly functional. With an accumulated experience of 20 years in the field of sanitation, Augen has qualified professional to carry out the diagnosis of operational conditions of the process. In this stage, we integrate the operational data to mathematical equations to define the KPIs of performance and, thus, define the needs for the improvement of the processes.
Technological Development Services
We understand that many times to reach new results in the processes, we need new devices. Thus, the experience of Augen team allows concepts imagined are quickly changed into materialized ideas and consolidating processes of open innovation. Therefore, these products are quickly validated in real conditions of our clients/partners.
Systems Operation 4.0. Services
All analytical systems need qualified professional for procedures of calibration, measurement and predictive and corrective maintenance. Our equipment was designed to operate 24 hours a day (24/7) and, to assure this to our clients, we offer support to all equipment, with services of assisted operation and change of items and field maintenances, greatly reducing the non-working hours.
Technological Implementation Services
All products developed by are designed to meet the “plug-and-play” concepts. But, if necessary, we are ready to take responsibility for all installation and promptly provide the information and knowledge generated by our products.
EYES - Supervisory Services
All the data collected by the modules during the analysis processes is stored in a dedicated supervisory system which we call EYES module. Through an app, all information can be accessed in real time, anytime, anywhere, to perform monitoring or report taking.
